Keeshonds Originally from the Netherlands
In the late 19th century, the breed was developed in England from imports obtained in both the Netherlands and Germany. In 1930, the Keeshond was first registered with the American Kennel Club
Length
Keeshonds have a withers height between 17”-18” (43-46 cm) and a typical weight in the range of 35-45 lb (16-20 kg). The Keeshond has an overall body length of roughly 22”-23” (56-58 cm), standing height between 21”-22” (53-56 cm), and a typical lifespan of 12-15 years.
